Coaching
Learn Julie's core framework from the ground up. You'll master each concept step by step so you feel completely confident leading your own sessions.
Practicum
Build your confidence step by step. Practise with AI coaching tools and live with your classmates, then coach real practice clients the school matches with you, before taking on paying clients.
Business
Launch as you learn. From week two you'll nail down your niche, map out your offer, post your content, and work toward your first paid client before graduation.
Your week
Four live classes every week, Monday through Thursday mornings, in person in Utah with a Zoom option: core methodology, live practice labs, business strategy, and practicum reviews. Three classes are required live, in person or on Zoom, plus 4–6 hours of independent work.
What you leave with
- Real coaching skill. Hold a powerful session without giving advice or trying to fix people, honed through weekly live practice and direct feedback.
- Clear boundaries. Recognize the warning signs that someone needs more than coaching, and make a clean referral that keeps your practice safe, legal, and grounded in real coaching.
- Personal support. Live coaching and training from Julie through all 14 weeks, on coaching skills and business strategy.
- A real business. A clear niche, an active offer, and a paying client, with the goal of landing that client before you graduate.
Hours don't certify coaches; skill does. You'll complete your practical training and pass a final evaluation to earn your certificate. If you haven't landed a paying client by graduation, you get 60 more days of support, and you're certified the day you do.

A career you can build from anywhere, on your own schedule, with no spending all day bent over hair, nails, or teeth. No prior background needed.
